Visual: Abilene is slender, her movements smooth and sure. She has long, elegant legs and dainty paws. Her features are soft and gentle, with a slightly-rounded face and golden eyes. Her fur is mostly tawny with some darker brown and grey expanding from her face down her back and tail. Her underbelly is white.
Personality: Abilene is very gentle by nature, and for the most part rather quiet. But once you start a conversation with her, she is quite pleasant and likeable. She is happy to make new acquaintances, always willing to give others the benefit of the doubt and give everyone a chance to prove themselves. Being good-natured herself, she tends to hold others to a high standard, expecting others to be just as willing to accept as she is, and this makes her a little naive. Abilene is trusting, and easily manipulated. She is still young and has much to learn of the world, but she is ready to be her own wolf and make her place in a pack.
History: Abilene was born as the second-youngest in her litter, an odd position for any child, Beast or Man. She was not the eldest--the leader, the heir--nor was she the baby of the family--cherished and especially protected. But this caused no strife between her and her littermates. She loved her family dearly, and they loved her back. She was closest to her older sister, and their older brother took up a role as their protector. The litter of four grew up peacefully, knowing no strife living in a flourishing pack. Their brother's protection kept them lodged happily in a carefree mindset.
But the world is not free from hardship, and the happy pack would learn this. Their prey began to grow more and more scarce, for reasons unknown to the wolves. Their pack was large, with many mouths to feed. They began to weaken, and Abilene's brother made a decision to leave in order to perhaps start his own pack, and to give their family a better chance of survival with one less member to feed. The younger generation of the pack began to follow his example, giving up the rights to what food the land provided to the older, more established members. Abilene's older sister took a mate and left with him, and Abilene herself chose to leave as well to seek a new land. Her younger sister stayed behind as a comfort to their sweet mother.
Abilene is still young, and she is not well-learned in the ways of deception and evil. She will likely find the world to be a harsh one outside of her tightly-knit home pack, and without the protection of her brother.
